  We were a large group with reservations. We were shuttled downstairs to a cellar room. The room was packed with people. The noise from the entertainment was excessively loud. The food was shoved in front of you. I left early

  According to their website, one can organize events like bat mitzvah or birthday, people are singing and enjoying karaoke,... This is not exact actually. I would have define this place as a regular restaurant - food is fair but far from being gourmet, the price, however does fit the meals level. The restaurant have an extra attraction : the waitress are singing, and people can dance. This makes punchline a good restaurant for small events like birthday. However, the presentation in their website and even what they're pretending by phone is misleading when it comes to more important festivities. I personally organized a bat mitzvah there for my daughter + friends (17 person). Although I explained clearly that I was looking for a karaoke, the proprietary proposed me to organize the evening, and it turns out to be a normal diner, surrounded by ~ 50 other adults people enjoying their own festivitie. No karaoke indeed. Therefore the songs and dances were clearly not fitting the teenager preferences and overall the evening was very boring. Again, the restaurant and the concept are acceptable, but the proprietary is misleading her clients by accepting to organize festivities unfitting the style of the restaurant. Because of this very degraded experience, I would not give a high note to this place, although it has potential to much better appreciation if only staying focused on what they have to offer.

  Excellent place to celebrate any occasion. Talented singing waiters and nice atmosphere
