  The pandora israel customers service is Below all criticism. I experienced poor customer service. They do not take responsibility for products purchased through them. In my experience, I do not recommend buying through Pandora Israel! אני לא ממליץ לרכוש מוצרים של פנדורה. הכל טוב ונפלא עד שישנה בעיה וזה מנסיון. חברה נמדדת לא רק שהכל בסדר אלא כאשר ישנה בעיה ואותה חברה לוקחת אחריות ומטפלת בעניין בצורה רצינית. פנדורה ישראל נכשלה בעניין הזה!

  TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! My daughter received from her grandparents a Bat Mitzva gift. At the time of buying as challenged the sales person that the product was too tight. She said that it should be like that and the size will increase. We returned to the store in 4 different occasion with the same complain. Last time (1.5 year later) finally a responsible sales person decided to take our complain seriously and open a request in Pandora's system to change the product. At the meeting she said that really looks like there was an error from Pandora sales team Just now (more than a month after I left the product at Ramat Aviv Mall store), I received a call that they can not change the product – that it is MY PROBLEM – and there is no way to prove that I went 4 times to the store REALLY DISAPOINTING SERVICE – WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN
