  Better check the number on the printer ink cartridges, they gave me the wrong ones then wouldn't take them back and would NOT EVEN EXCHANGE THE UNOPENED ONE.. , because I didn't have my receipt. Customer service graded F. I even went to Kravitz and they took the unopened cartridge for a an item in the store of less value. Kudos to Kravtiz! Customer Service A+.

  A shop mainly sells pens, notebooks, chairs and other stuffs mainly designed for using in the office. The prices are expensive.

  קניתי אוזניות בסניף ברעננה ואמרו לי בקופה שיש לי אחריות עליהם למשך שנה. אולם, כשהאוזניות נשברו מפנים, הלכתי לסניף ונאלצתי לחכות 40 דקות עד שהמנהלת הגיעה ואמרה שהיא צריכה להתקשר ליצרנים כדי לשלוח אותם למעבדה. היא לקחה את פרטי האישיים אך מעולם לא יצרה אתי קשר. השירות שניתן לי היה מבזה ומביש והתאכזבתי קשות.
