::Manicurist who I was told “is one of the best” took 80 minutes to JUST file and cut cuticles. She cut ALL of my cuticles off that I started bleeding! A manicure should take maximum 40 minutes including colour - this was unacceptable. I told the other staff and they still charged me 89 shekels. Not acceptable!
