  TEMPLARS are members of Temple Society, a German Protestant sect, were expelled from the church in 1858 because of their millennial beliefs. The GERMAN COLONY was established in Haifa in 1868 by the GERMAN TEMPLARS, in the belief that living in the Holy Land would hasten the second coming of Christ. ---------------------------------------------------------- “All glory be to this Day” As.. “His all-encompassing splendor is revealed” As..
