  I traveled with my mom to Israel and I book this hotel through Booking.com. ( Booking .com dont have an international phone number/ there no one to help you out) When I arrived I saw that its doesn't look like the pictures. They have no parking if you get a rental. You would have to give your key to a Radom guy that support to work for the hotel and every time you need to use you car you have to ask for the key because they stay with they key of your vehicle. When I check-in they couldn't find the reception . I gave them the copied of the reception number that I did through Booking and They told me that the reception never went through. I end up going from hotel to hotel to see if they had any vacancy. The area where this hotel is located, its not safe for a women to walk in. Its located in the Muslim quarter. There a lot of people walking through and they would go around the vehicle and much around it. I end up going to the Jewish Quarter. I end up staying in the Leonardo Plaza Hotel. I recommend this hotel and area. Its safe to walk and shop.
