  We really enjoyed staying here! The room was clean and spacious and we were able to stay 2 non consecutive nights. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. It felt like a home away from home. Laurie helped us with all of our questions about Safed and made good suggestions of places to see. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone who wants to Stay in Safed. Miriam and Justin

  I stayed at Laurie Rappeport's Myrtle the Turtle Guesthouse in Safed for about 10 days recently. It was a wondeful experience in every respect and I would highly recommend this Guesthouse for anyone staying in Safed.

  My friend and I found just what we were looking for at Myrtle the Turtle Guesthouse. Just a simple and clean place to stay at a very reasonable price. Laurie was a great hostess and invited us for Shabbat lunch as well when we had no other place to go.

  The Guesthouse is comfortable & clean, a fair price and in a great location... But the best part of the Guesthouse is Laurie. She is super accomadating & thoughtful and is a good person... The Myrtle the Turtle Guesthouse is my first choice whenever I get the chance to go to Tsfat
