  Gan Sacher Public Outdoor Gym is located in the Nachalot neighborhood. This outdoor gym area has specially designed machines that use your own weight to be the amount you lift. There are exercise bikes, rowing machines, ergonomically designed sit up beds, gymnastics equipment, squat machines, and many different kinds of other machines. Each machine can be used in various different ways according to what the person feels comfortable with doing. There is no cost to use this gym and it is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Because the gym is located within the large forested park there is an open space nearby as well as camping areas. This gym is, in my opinion one of the best designed outdoor gyms in Israel.
