  In early August 2021 I passed by Bat Yamon and saw a dental clinic called Victoria Dent, when there is a huge billboard of facials in acid and Botox, I wanted very recently to refresh my appearance, even though I do not have the means, my only source of income is solely from Social Security. This is the first time I do a facial .. the doctor started to convince me in March he said the result would be stunning, and I would look like Miss World, of course I did not expect to look like a 16 year old and I felt he was exaggerating in his description. Overall I wanted to show a little less wrinkled, that's all! I am a naive woman and easy to persuade .. The doctor said that I would need no less than 5 syringes of hyaluronic acid around the lips. And sleep..Dr Larry repeated the same sentence over and over, it was at 2.8 Monday, the doctor made an appointment for me for Thursday, 5.8. He asked for the money in advance for 5 injections -4,750 NIS I paid in advance on the excuse that he wants to buy the injections first, while paying he continued to press about the Botox that I should very much do that cost 1,300 NIS, I really wanted to make a change but could not afford the high cost .. I asked the doctor for a discount, he agreed after a lot of "persuasions" .. at 1,150 without a receipt, just did not agree to bring a receipt. I paid 150 cash on account of the Botox In the meantime I paid and received no treatment from the doctor. I returned after 3 days for pre-paid treatment. On the table were 4 syringes, he used 3 syringes and in the fourth which was actually hyaluronic acid he injected as Botox, did not even bring another syringe to Botox used hyaluronic acid over the eyebrow, what a use !!! The result is shocking, not at all noticeable that I did the expensive treatment, except for an eyebrow that rose disproportionately, and did not make sense, probably from the acid he injected over the eyebrow instead of the Botox. I have never felt so cheated in my life. There is no significant change in my face, when I went to the clinic angrily the doctor already spoke differently..did not make an appointment for me, did not agree to talk on the phone, hung up the phone for me and my daughter several times. I will no doubt lodge a complaint against him. Women beware of amateur.

  Dr. Yelena did a dental cleaning at a level I did not get at any other clinic, very thorough and professional
