  rested in Prima for 3 days, only positive emotions, a gorgeous view and a place to relax, a room with a balcony. Cleaning quality every day, varied and delicious food especially breakfasts, thanks to the staff very friendly and always helpful. We will definitely come back again and again!

  Nice room and roof garden, excellent wellness centre, but no lunch option (had to wait for the PCR result without food options)

  Deteriorated in the last couple years. We have been spending around a month every year in this hotel since 2017, and I don't think we will return again. Staff is rude and can best be described as 'sour' and rooms are dirty which is quite disappointing for the cost of staying at this hotel. In addition, showers have been freezing cold every few days since May 2021. WiFi is sometimes okay but more often unusable. Breakfast and gym are decent. Would recommend staying at any other hotel, perhaps even an AirBnB over staying here. Hotel is truly embarrassing for the cost they charge to stay here. I know that hotel management is reading this review. They can contact me privately for names of staff (that I do not want to call out on this review publicly).

  Nice business hotel, clean room, the facility is relatively new, the breakfast is very simple and yet good products, the staff are very nice, relatively quiet, there is a parking lot with a discount arrangement over 24 hours,

  Fine for what it is- a Business hotel. Clean rooms, courteous, friendly, professional service, no problems.
