  Special clinic in Maccabident Rabbi Akiva takes three months until there are appointments and here there is much faster on an order of magnitude that my appointment has not yet reached Rabbi Akiva and I finished the entire treatment program at Kahneman and the special secretary Sarah gives personal treatment to each patient as if only here and cared for each personally
