::I arrived at the branch today at 1:40 p.m. The clerk received a really unpleasant reception to say the least, she seems to be going through something personal and she involves her feelings in the job, treats impatiently and gives a really insulting and degrading service. After I clarified what my desires were at the branch it was suddenly said that there was a glitch and it was impossible to help. Strange but after I asked what the problem was then I was told back "problem" okayโฆ when did I expect the problem to be resolved I asked .. so I could go back to the branch and get Mabushki I was told she does not knowโฆ come back another day two more days? I do not know she answered then everyone who asks Mizrahi Tefahot Afula branch service is not good at allโฆ
