    I am at Mizrahi Tefahot Bank. I closed the mortgage trying to cancel the insurance for a week every time another clerk answers and comes back for goodness sake. Calling and waiting full time at the moment waiting 25 minutes I have a screenshot and can not get them .. Really disappointed .. I will not stay in the bank with such poor service ...

    The only bank you hire actually answers the phone at the branch you're looking for, and you don't get an information center that doesn't know how to answer questions and "get back to you banker" like other banks. A kind and pleasant staff. Service is always wonderful.
