  Too bad for time as the reactions here do not come close to the horrible reality, aa to express in a few words of text or stars their contempt for human beings ... when you are already answered, until you move themselves it takes weeks. To new customers, and will fly out of the neighborhood in favor of a better bank. Hopefully someone in the bank management is interested in him and will take care of it soon. The reality right now is terrible.

  Always, but always there is no telephone answering ... And when I get to the branch it's empty of people, full of bored clerks playing on the smartphone. Why is there no desire to give service ?? Why??!!

  The place is very nice and tidy and there are not many turns But the place is not run professionally at all And especially if you make telephone contact with them or online There is simply no answer I once contacted them if a request I contacted all the channels and did not receive an answer And then I called and they answered me I said what I need really not anything complicated and they told me to wait I'm still waiting ..... after half an hour I hung up the phone
