  I went there because I had seen it featuring top positions in a random list on the internet of best hummus in Tel Aviv. I thought it was odd when I saw the location, being in such a touristic one (usually the best places are a bit more hidden), but I decided to check it out anyway. The hummus was only just OK, NOTHING special at all, the pita breads were something close to terrible and service was so bad that it seemed they were doing me a favor for providing me food in exchange for money. I've been to most of the best hummus places in Tel Aviv and Mashawsha definitely does not deserve to be compared to any of them (like Abu Hassan, Abu Dabi, Shlomo Ve Doron, etc). If you're visiting and wants to eat good hummus and have a pleasant experience, make sure to avoid this place.

  Cheap, tasty, aurhentic hummus restaurant.Very popular in Tel Aviv. Young čroud, fast service.Love it!

  The Hummus was great. Not a huge dish, but large enough. The price is very reasonable. The pickles are wonderful, and fresh orange juice is a great addition. The only downside is that the pittas weren't fresh. But who needs them when you have onions?

  על הפנים. שירות סנובי וחסר האכפתיות של מלצרים ממורמרים. אתם יכולים לשכוח מתפריט.. יש רק אחד והוא כתוב על הקיר בתוך המסעדה ומי שיושב בחוץ צריך רק לנחש מה כתוב וזה היה ברור מאוד שלמצר מעניין את ה*** כי מבחינתו זאת חומוסיה ואנחנו אמורים לדעת. אתם יכולים לשכוח מקנקן או כוס מים. כאחת החומוסיות היחידות בתל אביב שפועלות יום שבת הם פשוט מאכזבים! וניסינו את המסעדה הזו בפעמיים בטיפשותנו. לא ממליץ.

  איום ונורא. הגעתי בערב יום חמישי לקחת טק אווי. הזמנתי משוושה רגילה, אחת עם פטריות ומנה טחינה. וגם מנת סלט קצוץ. הסלט מאוד קטן בשביל 25 שקלים. התשובה היתה שזה "רק נראה קטן". זה לא רק נראה, זה היה מאוד קטן. לפני שעזבתי עם האוכל, שאלה אותי הקופאית אם זה בסדר שהפיתות מהקפאה. לא שהיתה לי ברירה עכשיו שהאוכל כבר בשקית. לקחתי שלוש פיתות חיטה מלאה שהיו אמורות להיות טריות ושלוש פיתות רגילות שהיה מהקפאה. כל הפיתות היו יבשות ולא מזמינות. פיתות טריות וחמות חשובות לא פחות מהחומוס עצמו. חומוסייה 'אותנטית' המגישה פיתוח מהקפאה זה לא מקום שמכבד את עצמו. החומוס עצמו היה בינוני ומטה, הסלט עייף כמו סלט בחושה בסיני והטחינה... זו שקונים בסופר יותר טעימה. ממליץ להימנע.
