  We arrived there one week ago for a couple spa to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday.first of all I have to mention that before choosing this place I went through the reviews that most of them were suck and full of disappointed people! This hotel is not new,not a 5 star spa so you need to put you expectations accordingly and trust me u’ll be statisfied. I will start from the guy on the reception “Roy” who answered our calls before we book and helped us get what we exactly wished to have in our stay!i got the spa deal from spa plus website, he gave us a better room than the one included in the offer,since we were the last customers to use the spa he offered us unlimited time in the spa( the offer included only 2 hours in spa).now the massage❤️ It was the best, the specialist merav gave us the best relaxing massage i’ve Ever got.the wine was so delicious and the fruit were so fresh and tasty.so according to 3 star hotel I would give them 5 star for the service.highly recommended

  Some call it an Hotel? i would call it dump. This place is not in any shape can be call a "Hotel". Just save yourself the agony and find another decent place to stay when you are visiting Haifa.

  Marom hotel is not a new hotel, but it's well maintained, and the service in the hotel is great. As a guest, I felt the extra mile done by the staff, and that the service was really good. I had some problems with the wifi during my stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good and quiet place to stay in Haifa

  As in our previous visits, from the moment we walked into the hotel, we were made to feel like long awaited guests. Yair greeted us with a smile and it felt like coming home. The Marom staff was wonderful, as always. Roy , the new manager is wonderful.
