  בתאריך ה- 03.05.18, יום חמישי, הגעתי לחנות בעקבות פירסום באתר שלהם שיש להם במלאי עפרונות צבעוניים של חברת "פבר-קאסטל", בקופסה של 36 יח' וגם קופסה של 60 יח'. בהגיעי לחנות התברר לי שאין להם, לא את זה לא את זה. הדבר היחיד שנשאר להם הוא הקופסה של 120 יח', שזאת כמובן הקופסה הכי יקרה. שאלתי את המוכר בחנות, מדוע אתם לא מפרסמים באתר שנגמר??? (הגעתי לחנות אחרי יום עבודה חם, ארוך ומתיש...ולכן זה ממש עיצבן אותי...). לא היתה לו תשובה וכל מה שהוא היה יכול להגיד לי זה "מצטער"... חבל מאד שבעלי עסקים בישראל, לא דואגים לתת לאנשים שירות טוב יותר מזה...אני בכל מקרה, לא אכנס לחנות הזאת יותר. תשובה שלי לתגובת הבעלים של החנות (22.05.2018): עובדה שעל מוצר אחר כן היה מצוין באתר שלכם שאזל מהמלאי. סימן שאתם כן יודעים כשאתם רוצים לעדכן באתר...נתתי לכם ציון גרוע לא על זה שמוצר חסר, אלא על זה שלא איכפת לכם שלקוח יטרטר את עצמו אליכם באוטובוסים וברגל, רק כדי לגלות שאין לכם בכלל את המוצר שפירסמתם שיש לכם באתר. חבל שבמקום להתנצל ולהציע פיצוי ללקוח, אתם עוד מעיזים להעיר לו על זה שנתן לכם ביקורת גרועה.

  חנות מעולה, המחירים די בסדר(ממש טיפה יותר יקרים), השירות היה ממש ממש טוב שאלתי מלא שאלות וכל שנייה שהייתי שם נהנו לעזור לי שמח מאוד שיש שירות כזה.

  Neat service! Ordered a bunch of stuff from within the Netherlands, with the request to wrap it all nicely so a friend of mine could pick it up for her birthday a few days later. One of their employees called me on the phone to check for some details and make the payment. All went swiftly and two days later my friend picked up her present. Thanks again for helping me out :)

  The shop's owner was really rude! First of all, thank you for your prompt replay. We have the shop membership for our daughter and come from Petah-Tiqwa to Dizengoff center with only purpose to buy new goods at your shop, making purchasing on regularly basis on Fridays. Every time we had really good experience: sellers were polite and patient. But it doesn’t happen Yesterday (11.01.2018 on Thursday). Firstly, I was said (I’m 45, literate) by blonde woman not to touch brushes in addition to all warning writings there. Secondly, when we came to pay desk and said that we have the membership but not a membership card the same woman said she is the shop owner and it couldn’t be. ‘There is no such thing!’ - was said many times by very aggressive, rude and accusing voice: ‘everyone who has the membership received the card!’ (see your cams). Our membership was found according to surname. We haven’t received the card yet. No apologises were received. Would you mind explaining us why we were treated to such exhibition of poor service, compounded by the rudeness of the shop owner?
