  Great workout with a friendly and kind personal trainer. The sessions can sometimes be challenging but they’re always rewarding. Alon is reliable and punctual. While always checking my techniques and positions, we talked about diets and having a healthy life... It was great working in the outdoor and I would recommend Alon to anyone looking to improve their fitness.
