  Open whenever they want This "queue in a click" is a failed platform that does not work and makes customers wait 6 days to come and collect mail that is waiting for them I am a regular business customer who spends thousands a month with them. I may not have to wait for a queue with this click for a week, and then when I arrive at the branch I take a regular queue from the computer. People set and perceive turns and simply do not come and cancel and this causes failure and complication in the system
