  Every time I happened to accompany someone there, I witnessed very rude unprofessional behaviour from the staff. They behave, as if they should not care about the patients. The information is only in Hebrew and Russian nothing is in English. The pharmacy is small and they work so slowly, that there are always many people waiting long in this narrow place in the middle of pandemic.
