  If I could give this branch 0 stars, I would prefer. Here is my story to underline this. I have visited this branch personally less than once every 2 years, because everything can be done through the internet without having to wait. I needed Euros for a trip and went to the Automated teller (caspomat) to extract them. Although I have done this successfully in the past, the Euro option was not possible this time. I tried to enter the bank for help, but the guard lady at the door stopped me in my tracks and told me I needed an appointment. I told her that I was 73 year old, and that I thought it might be possible to enter without a prior appointment. She told me I needed an appointment anyhow and guarded the door like a bulldog. I understood that any discussion with this lady bulldog was in vain. The bulldog lady was very 'helpful' by suggesting to go and try with another branch, not knowing where the other branch might be or whether it might dispense Euros. So I decided to get an appointment in order to attempt to enter the holy tabernacle of the Kiryat Onno Branch . I indeed managed to get one one, one month later and my flight is in two days. I managed to get some service from the general Bank Leumi Help and a friendly lady guided me to a caspomat that might work. Dear bank manager of Kiryat Onno, if you read this, you will understand that I was not very happy with the reception at your branch. It is also very frustrating that if once in two years I need something from your branch, the Euro dispenser does not work and there is no way to get foreign money for my trip. One day you might also live to be 73 and I hope you will meet a friendly young person at the door who is willing to help. Know that the image of your branch is determined by the person at the door.

  National Bank in Kiryat Ono is an innovative, beautiful bank with lots of ATM machines and even a queue manager, but here's my praise. The bank is located in a bad place in terms of parking - you have to park in a back parking that is almost impossible to find free space there. The service is definitely endearing, but not too professional. I had to wait a very long time for my turn in more than a few cases that I came to the branch. And when it was my turn, I did not feel that my attention was directed 100 percent towards and toward my care. The queues can be up to one hour waiting, which is a long time considering that the banks are not open for long. Recommends the bank to those who live close and have convenient and quick access to it, but to those who are farther away try to find a bank closer and more accessible to you. Choose wisely, but don't worry, you can always cancel your account :)

  Good service overall and have lots of ATM inside and outside that accept foreign currency and foreign cards.

  Bank Leumi with several ATM's, including for foreign currency. Branch is located in a small shopping center.
