  Get ready to besubjected to disgustingly rude customer 'service.' Hadar had no time to help me with my hora'at keva, but plenty of time to chat with her son's gan and organize her own hora'at keva (I'm guessing for back due payments). Why should I do it when we have someone from Lwumi Digital? See all this (her paperd)? I have touch work to do. Only I didn't feel comfortable doing it in the middle of the lobby on someone's iPad, rather than a bank computer. The internet wasn't wiring well on the iPad; every time I went back to Hadar instead of helping me she ping-pinged me to someone else. RUN from this bank! As soon as I have time I'm checking out Bank Igud - everyone I know if very happy with them. נא להסביר להדר שאמורים שרות לקוחות לא שרוט נגד לקוחות. הרגע שיש לי זמן אני אלך לבנק איגוד שמעתי דברים ממש טובים עליהם.
