  Terrible customer service, rude, don't seem to care about repeat business, lied about delivery times, said would deliver my items, after calling over the course of a couple of weeks - over 5 times and being assured by the same two people that it would be delivered within an hour - no one turned up - repeatedly. Then when I went myself, no apology, did not care. ungracious.

  A wonderful laundry experience. Such a good service. Washing cleaned, smells beautiful, packed in bags and delivered back to the hotel. Truly a wonderful laundry service.

  Laundry room cleaned my schall which is made from wool and cannot be washed due to colors not being water resistant (and yet I dropped it into spring mud /: ) -- turned out great! I am truly pleased. Thanks, guys!

  We are staying at the Sheraton Tel-Aviv and had been hoping to find better and more fairly priced laundry service than the hotel provides. This place is amazing. Liz was so accommodating. They picked up and returned the laundry in a day. Washed and folded immaculately. I could not have done it better myself. Clothes look and smell great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
