  After not knowing to tell the difference between coffees on the menu, which is excusable, we waited long to get out coffees and they had forgotten to give us a third water glass as requested. When the hot drinks finally arrived I got a milk based coffee despite asking for a soy based coffee as i don't drink milk. My mother got a strong coffee after specificaly asking for the latte which they said to be far milder (after they checked since the waiters didn't know). They apologized and took both coffees away saying they'll replace it very quickly. (I was Ill and drank half of her milk based coffee unknowingly and she added sugar to mine so i couldn't just switch with my mom). It took a long while to bring the new coffees and my father has already finished his cup. They never offered any sort of compensation whatsoever. A very unpleasant experience.

  Usually a good place , the waitresses are what saved this review, where nice and attendive, however i got raw chiken as a shnitzel which is pretty bad. Had dirty cuttlery and by none of their falt someone rude tried to cut in line. The waitress easly took it back, changed the cuttlery and told the women to give us her place. So instead of 1star they get a 4. In the end, had a good time and food was ok

  The food is good. The indoor seating are a bit noisy. Outside is pretty nice. Staff is nice.
