::Ordered two rooms for 5 people: 2 adults and 3 children: ages: 5, 6 and 9. No connection by door between the rooms. children are expected to sleep alone. on the day of checkout which suppose to be until 12:00 (according to reception), my wife found two guys in the shower performing sanitation at 11:00, they were dismantaling the shower head. Second room door is widely opened to the hallway and suppose to be cleaned by the cleaning lady which was not there. When checking with reception, no checkout was performed by mistake and no idea why these guys didn't wait for us to leave. Reception took my phone number and said they will get back to me. three days passed, still waiting.
