::Merece uma revitalização. Os quartos são bons e a localização excelente mas está decadente. Do outro lado da rua tem uma pizzaria de um pessoal jovem que é excelente.

::למעט מיקום מצויין בלב העיר אין לי שום דבר טוב להמליץ על המלון. החדרים מרווחים, אבל הם ישנים, משרים תחושה של הזנחה ועליבות. חבל מאד. אפשר לעשות מהמלון הזה פנינה אמיתית, במקום זה יש הרגשה שמנהלי המלון פשוט סוחבים כמה שאפשר בלי להשקיע שקל. לא ממליץ בעליל!

::Absolutely awesome place to stay. Friendly helpful staff. The receptionist even helpfully booked my taxi to the airport for me the night before. Good conditions, lovely location, right opposite the Montefiore Mill and park, the old city was just a quick stroll away and I couldn't have asked for better conditions, location, friendliness and helpfulness. A supermarket is handily situated about 5 min walk from the hotel, just in case you need something extra, but the hotel offers a lot already:delicious breakfast, bar, pleasant atmosphere and nice staff. There are a few restaurants 1 minute walk, in case one wants to try something different(one lovely Italian restaurant in particular). I must recommend this place, as it made for a very pleasant stay.

::Posto altamente raccomandato solo per coloro che seguono le regole della religione ebraica. Io lo sconsiglio a tutti coloro che non sono ebrei ed in particolare durante il periodo pasquale. Il personale non e' rispettoso del cliente e tende a non ascoltare le sue esigenze ne tanto meno a soddisfarle, come se non bastasse sono molto maleducati e non forniscono informazioni. Io mi sono sentita come un'intralcio al loro lavoro nonostante stessi pagando profumatamente la mia permanenza. Le stanze tutte provviste di moquette non sono pulite a dovere, infatti appena si entra in camera si avverte un forte odore di polvere, noi abbiamo passato tre giorni con le finestre aperte. In piu' non siamo stati avvisati che se si arriva di sabato il check-in avviene solo dopo due ore dalla fine dello shabbat, cioe' il tramonto del sabato, e siamo stati caldamente invitati a farci un giro fino alle 21.30 di sera. In piu' non potevamo usufruire della piscina nonostante il caldo perche' non e' aperta fino a meta' aprile e di conseguenza non si puo' nemmeno usufruire dello spazio all'aperto.
