כשאתה מגיע למקום מסוג זה, אתה מצפה לשירות ברמה גובהה. השירות שם הוא מתחת לכל ביקורת. הגענו לקנות מתנה, לא הכי שמחו לעזור לנו, ואחרי שכבר בחרנו מתנה ורצינו לשלם - אחת העובדות ניסתה להסתיר מאיתנו את הקופסא שבה ארזה את התכשיט- שהיה מלוכלך ומקומט. ביקשנו להחליף את הקופסא מכיוון שזאת מתנה ונעננו בשלילה- סירבו לנו להחליף את הקופסא ואמרו שאין קופסאות בחנות וזה מה שיש ולכל מוצר קופסא משלו ואין מה לעשות עם זה. סיברנו בסוף לקנות ויצאנו בידיים ריקות. לא נחזור לחנות הזאת שנית

It took them 4 months to fix the glass on my watch. Service was very disrespectful. I wish the store owner to receive the same service as he provides.
