  good food but ads more money for things you didnt order or for no reason

  Very long wait for food, over 30 minutes. Portions very small. Kids BAO burger is tiny and very disappointing. When we brought this to the attention of the shift manager, his answer was that that's what the chain decided. No apology or though of compensation.
