  Great hotel to stay. Pool view is awesome. Nice swimming pool. Lots of amenities / fun for children. Breakfast is really good. Don't miss the coffee. Overall very good experience. Also location is very good.

  Probably had better days! Looks a tired place! Cracked mugs at the breakfast! You need to bag for a green tea! They only offer you a simple black tea! At evening I was feeling sick and they told me not possible to get a green tea only if they charge! Common charge a guest for a simple bag of tea!! In normal hotels they offer an entire different blend of teas for free!

  Very good service. Great breakfast. Rooms were renovated. Pool area is great. Reasonable prices for food. Parking is extremely limited.

  What a disappointment. Booked on the phone and were told there is parking, and that if there is no parking there is a fallback solution to another hotel. Practically the parking is ridiculously small for a hotel this size, and the fallback place told us there is no such arrangement. The swimming pool closes 6PM. That is very early. After 23:30 lobby bar and room service are closed (although they say midnight). There is no minibar in the room. So if you want a simple coke past 23:30, you can basically go somewhere else. Long story short: nice building with no service. Other than that the room is nice and the location is good. But for a hotel in a resort city, which pretends to be 5 stars, the service is a joke. But if you are looking for service, go somewhere else. Well, just go somewhere else actually.
