  Workers at this post office are accommodating to foreign workers like me. I would like to commend one of them whose name is Le-At. I've observed that she manages to solve difficult situations/problems efficiently. She also understands and patiently listens to every client. And most importantly, Le-At treats everyone equally and respectfully. Kudos Israel Post for having a teller like Le-At.😊👌

  People working here are super rude! I did check the reviews before going there and I wish I hadn’t gone. The cashier caused me 20 pounds, cause she created a chaos and I didn’t think of counting how much I gave her to exchange. After leaving the office I realized I got ripped off. She somehow managed to make my money disappear! The worst money exchange experience ever!! They also have lower rates than the Hapoalim Bank. Please don’t waste your time here to only get yelled at and to lose money.

  Worst Post Office EVER! 6 teller desks that are never filled, at most you get 3 and waiting is at least 30 minutes no matter what you need. The employees are slow and no one cares if you made an appointment or not. You'll still have to wait.

  6 tellers. 3 were available, 1 was busy scanning cheques and 2 were closed. Place was packed with people. Stupidly slow (34min) to pickup one little package that was mailed to this branch instead of the correct destination. When I asked the clerk how such errors can be prevented, she said "talk to the mailers". By that time I did not have the time to tell her "you are the mailers".
