  As long as you can go to the branch near Shufersal or if you just need to get a package go to the pine market nearby. The experience in this branch is terrible - there is no parking, there are full of people, there is an extra long queue and more.

  I have a complaint regarding the staff and the service in this post office.today i went with a parcel to the post to send it to india it was 20 kg which can be send by ship. I packed all the things and weight it 20 kg and went to this post office .they told me that the parcel which i brought is overweight.i told them it is 20 kg but they forced me to open the full packed parcel and they offered me a cardboard box from post office and told me the price is 15 shekel and then they told me to open all the things and put it in the cardboard box which they provide .I opened everything and i sitting in the post office i did the packing and these didnt helped me .and i alone did the packing and gave them the box .and they weight it on the scale and was 20kg. I dont know will my parcel will reach india. BECAUSE THE PACKING WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY IN THE POST OFFICE.horrible experience with these staffs sitting in post office .kindly do some necessary things.😡😡😡😡😡😡
