  One of the worst branches in the area. Disorganized - employees are disrespectful and uncooperative, line is disorganized and it's quite common for people to raise their voice when it gets unclear who's supposed to be served next, since it always seems to be a riddle. Try a different branch if you'd like to keeping it calm during the day.

  סניף דואר ישראל סניף החשמונאים תל אביב סניף הדואר הגרועים שקיימים! שירות זוועתי וזאת התגובה הראשונה השלילית שאני בכלל רושם על מקום מסויים! השירות אינו זז שם, לא מתייחסים בכלל ונותנים לכם להמתין מעל לשעה בשביל משהו של פחות מדקה, אבל הכי מצחיק ומעצבן זה שבזמן ששרפתי שם על המתנה אז שמתי לב שכל מי שהגיע אחריי אז ממתין קצת ומתחיל להכנס לפניי וזאת בגלל שמי שלוקח מהמכונה תור לקניית מטבע זר אז מקבל עדיפות בתור ולא משנה כמה אנשים ממתינים לפניו, בשביל בכסף שהעמלה תכניס לדואר אז הם יקבלו אנשים חדשים למרות שיש אנשים שממתינים זמן רב לפני! פשוט זוועה!

  This branch has great service, but the lines are just too long. Average wait times for service are around an hour, and I'd avoid coming here during business hours. Never, and I mean never, come on tax day (15th of each month).
