  Just a disgrace! Two hours 'waiting' outside 'so-called' while maintaining distance. The facts collapse under the load. There is no prescription for scheduling appointments so anyone who has an order has arrived at this branch must wait with no option to avoid it! The solution offered is a home courier at a cost of 20 NIS ... just an injustice. One star is given only because of the effort the clerks make and not beyond.
