  Worst facts I have seen from any branch I have been to in Israel, face depressed, unpleasant, intentionally working slowly so there is always a huge queue.

  Sub-level at the place level Not clean Not tidy No proper queuing device No tidy place to sit for adults or the disabled. It just envelops you with a feeling that they are trying to push you every product that can be sold. You are seen as a bill. A million customers are waiting for no choice. 2 delegations trying to keep up with the crazy pace. The service provided by the representative - tries to correct this feeling. On the way they succeed. Excellent service from them. Total not an experience to pargan.
