  Horrible customer service. Impossible to speak with a person if you have billing issues. Had to dispute through credit card company to get any response. Would never use this company again.

  The company lies. The phone wouldn't charge, the mi-fi never worked, yet when I told the bank about it, Israelphones fabricated a list of useage. They don't return calls. Shame on them!

  The scam works like this. The guys at the airport smile a lot and tell you what a great deal you're getting and how easy it will be to return your SIM card at the end of your visit to Israel. But when you compare prices, you'll realize you've overpaid. And when you call the 800 number to return your card, all you'll get is recorded information. Returning the SIM card will only be easy at the airport or one of the downtown hotels. I managed finally to reach a live person at tech support who was (excuse my French) a total jerk whose rude attitude will ensure that I'll never do business with this company again
