  I ordered some rings online directly from Israel Depot. As it happens, I created several orders by accident. This was resolved immediately by a very quick response by email from the customer service department. Also, I was refunded some money because the direct order was a few dollars more than ordering through Amazon (although by ordering directly I was able to also add a note to the order), which was nice of them to do. When another issue with the order surfaced later, I again received immediate satisfaction from customer service by email. Also the products arrived well ahead of schedule and the rings fit very well.
