  Entering into the Integral Dojo’s space is always a kind of a radical pause which enables me to cease the habitual reactivity of my mind and learn how to relate to all the areas of my life with more alertness, creativity and wisdom. Through the practices in the Integral Dojo I'm able to gain the highest well being for myself and the people I love.
