  הגעתי ללשכה לאחר שקבעתי תור מראש. תוך זמן קצר מאוד קיבלו אותי וכל ההליך (הנפקת דרכון ות.ז ) ארך כחמש דקות. הופתעתי לטובה!

  תור ארוך שירות איטי. הכניסה מרחוב אברבנל 53. רצוי להגיע בשעות קבלת קהל בצהריים

  לפני 8 ימים ביקשנו להוציא עבורנו דרכון ביומטרי חדש, אמנם היה תור של כשעה, אבל היום 25/10/17 קיבלנו בדואר דרכונים ביומטרים. תודה, על השרות המהיר וגם לדואר ישראל. נורית ודן גלבאום

  slow and dishonest workers, went all the way there for them to tell me i have another ID waiting for me in Petah tiqwa, they cant just call Petah tiqwa and tell them to shred it, no they want me to come back 2 weeks without my ID (which in Israel is a huge problem if you want to pay your bills). i dont know why and how we got to the point that in 2017 we have to wait 3 hours for a plastic card with your name and picture in it.
