  I arrived at the store to exchange headphones with a problem in the contacts. The sellers in the store did everything in order not to change, so the earphone, disgusting behavior raised the voice and did not try to help for a moment. It is disgusting to buy headphones with a "warranty" that sellers do everything to avoid replacing the product. Criticism - a shocking store in an Israeli brand is not recommended הגעתי לחנות להחליף אוזניות עם בעיה במגעים. המוכרים בחנות עשו הכל בכדי לא להחליף אז האוזניה , התנהגו מגעיל הרימו את הקול ולא ניסו לעזור לרגע. גועל נפש לא שווה לקנות אוזניות עם "אחריות" שהמוכרים עושים הכל בכדי לא להחליף את המוצר. ביקורת - חנות מזעזעת מותג ישראלי לא מומלץ.
