::You need to go for a 3 hours course to understand how great the process of smoking meat is done. The guy shows high level of knowledge, not only in meat smoking but also in the biology of meat and the chemistry behind it. The meat slices is awesome, no way you leave the lace without being completely full. The wine is bad, so you better stick with the meat and some water.

::Was at BBQ and smoking course with my brother and a friend. We were blown away how amazing of a time we had! An exceptional experience!! Ido (עידו) Levy and his wife hosted us and some 25 other people at their house. We all came with high expectations and left astounded! For more than 4 hours we talked about smoking meat, different cuts, seasoning, treatments... Basically everything you can imagine... And so much more as he takes you on a rollercoaster that will leave you feeling like there is so much more to eating meat, fish and vegetables for yourself or for hosting. The MEAT!! The Food! The course was oral but while he spoke he and his wife were serving incredible dishes, meat from the smoker (everything you can imagine), wine etc. Overall complete satisfaction for the whole experience! Would be recommending everyone I know to try this amazing experience!
