  We came late at night and got a room in the attic, which we had not booked. For the next night we had to look for another hotel because the hotel was overbooked. The descriptions of the hotel do not agree do to the facts. Too far from the center, too far from the center, no good transport links and no parking. At night even our rental car was damaged. It was a mess and expensive one, as the car for this region was uninsured.

  Focus has been on buying furniture that looks nice rather than is functional and necessary for your stay. Quality of furniture and equipment in the flat is poor. It feels like stepping into a theatre set and perhaps I will find that the sofa is only made of cardboard when I try to sit on it... (It wasn’t...) I would not recommend booking this as a single traveller looking for a short stay. Perhaps worth the price, if you are staying for longer and can make use of the kitchen and fridge. Also there is no central hot water, so you need to manually switch on the water heater half an hour before taking a shower.

  It was in a very shady neighborhood. It was also very difficult to find and get to because of the two one-way streets. Waze and Google services had great difficulty and bringing me to this hotel. I would not recommend it and would not stay there again.

  This 3-storey apartment hotel is located in the southern Florentine neighborhood. Offers very well-appointed accommodation. New building or after renovations and luxury furniture, please note that the hotel does not have access to wheelchairs and no elevator.
