::The bagels are not real, like Accenture Services said above. Just round shaped bread rolls. Too fluffed up and limp.the coffee is bland or always has that old generic taste of beans that sat too long. The rugelach or whatever that's offered for the breakfast deal have too much margarine. Taste funny, or old, if not suspicious. Other foods just did not look appealing. The staff's attitude is nice when English was spoken. The visit was before the latest covid lockdown.

::The cream cheese was ok. But the bagels are far from the real New York boiled bagels. I'm willing to drive miles and miles for a good bagel and I hope to find a good bagel shop in the Jerusalem area.
