  This parking is a rip off you better of put your car outside and get a ticket than paying than At least when you pay a ticket it goes to the city.

  חשוך מאוד ולא מזמין. כמו כן נראה מיושן, ממש כמו מקלט תת קרקעי שהזניחו שנים.
