  מכבסה נהדרת עם מחירים סבירים. השתמשתי בשרות המכבסה לניקוי יבש של חליפות, ותמיד יצאתי מרוצה. שימו לב, אין חניה מכיוון שהמיקום הינו על בן יהודה. ישנו חניון קטן בצומת של בן יהודה בוגרשוב, והליכה קצרה למכבסה. שרות ואדיבות ברמה של חמישה כוכבים.

  חברים תתביישו לכם השירות מחפיר ואיכות העבודה מזעזעת!!! לפני כחודשיים שלחתי לגיהוץ כ 20 חולצות מכופתרות אך אלו חזרו אלי כשמחציתן מקומטות לחלוטין. יצרתי קשר עם המכבסה באופן מיידי. הבעלים היה חביב למדי והבטיח כי בפעם הבאה שאזמין אקבל זיכוי. הבטחות שווא! כעת שוחחתי עם המכבסה. במקום להקשיב לטענותיי החוזרות בדבר השירות הגרוע שקיבלתי בפעם האחרונה, הוטחו בי האשמות הזויות על כך שלא עדכנתי מיד לאחר קבלת החולצות וכו'. אין כל ספק שהמגננה החריפה ביותר הינה מתקפה והכחשה, אך קשה להתמודד עם הקלטת שיחה. נשתמע!

  I've used this place multiple times. They deliver and wash clothes well.

  Terrible service, no accountability. Watch them shrug their shoulders when they inevitably lose/ ruin your clothing.

  I have no complaint with this laundromat, their staff, their communication in English, their processes, delivery time promise, and price! I got excellent service at a great price - less than half my hotel would charge piece by piece!! I needed a bag of laundry washed & folded today; I went in 9.13am, normal pickup is next day 10am. The price was 50 shekels for the bag plus 40 express service plus 10 to deliver. When I picked up later in the afternoon, my bag was amongst hundreds but they found it quickly- everything was there, clean and professionally folded ready to go. One other great thing was that the people who served me could understand an Australian!!! Don't know why they get all the bad reviews!
