  I arrived to collect mail today at 5.30 pm and what did they tell me? Exactly what the girl before she wrote will come at eight, I don't know how to turn on the computer. Everyone is dead drunk, barely talking. Last time when I gathered there, the two men at the counter were drunk / drugged, barely standing on their feet, scary to go there.
