  מלון יוקרה? חדר מלוכלך, מצעים עם ג׳וקים מתים וציפית של כרית עם כתמים צהובים שהוחלפה(אחרי שעות של עצבים) לציפית של כרית עם כתם דם. היה פעם מלון יוקרה. היום בקושי עונה לסטנדרטים של מלון בינוני. בטח בכל הקשור לשירות וניקיון.

  מרגישים בכל פינה במקום את החוויה מאחורי המילים "מארחים באהבה...". החל מהכניסה בקבלה בה התקבלנו המאור פנים ע"י אנה וטלי. בהמשך הדרך בספא של מלון ויטאליס שם קיבלה אותנו אנה. מרגישים באויר את המלכותית. את ההוד וההדר. את הרמה הגבוהה של האנשים. במסעדת התמרינד המלכותית זכינו לקבל שירות מכל הלב מליאל ומבתאל שהלכו ובאו פעמים רבות על מנת לוודא שכל רצונותינו מולאו על הצד הטוב ביותר. קיבלנו את המספר הישיר של שאול המשיח כשרות שעל פי בקשתינו ירד איתנו לפרטי פרטים בנושא הכשרות וזאת על מנת שנרגיש נוח ביותר לאכול ולהנות מכל רגע. על כל התזמורת הנפלאה הזו ניצחה ביד רמה וב"שלט רחוק" סנדרה מיחסי הציבור של המלון המקסים הזה. פנינת חמד של ממש. כל כך שקט ומקסים. אני חייב לציין שכאשר הובא לידיעתנו שהמלון בתפוסה מלאה. לא האמנתי כל כך... הייתי כה מסופק... לא ייתכן. הרגשנו ממש שכל הצוות מטפל בנו כבן יחיד... אני בטוח שכל המשפחה המדהימה הזו מגיעה לרמת השגים כה גבוהה בזכות ההשקעה הרבה של ההנהלה ובראשה אילן לוי המנכ"ל שעושה ימים ולילות להבאת המקום להיכן שהוא הגיע היום. אני ואשתי כבר מחכים בקוצר רוח לחופשה הבאה שלנו...   האמת התאכזבתי מאוד... זה מלון היוקרה של פתאל?!? מלון שמדורג 5 כוכבים וגובה מחיר יקר כל כך?!?!.... לטובה- מיקום טוב קרוב לטיילת ולחוף הים, כל החדרים עם נוף לים והבריכה (מקומה 11 הנוף מהמם), לובי מאוד יפה וגדול ואוכל טעים. לרעה- חדרים קטנים מאוד, התאכסנו בחדר גרנד קלאב שמיועד ל2+2 והוא מתאים ללא יותר מזוג+ 1... היה צפוף ולא מסביר פנים, המקלחות מיושנות ובעיצוב ירוק וחום שלא משדר תחושה של מלון יוקרתי בכלל. היינו כבר במלונות עם הרבה יותר אטרקציות לילדים ממה שיש בהרודס פלאס (אנחנו עם ילדים מתחת לגיל 7)

  Beautiful hotel. Many pools. Very professional, however, not many people spoke english for such a wealthy and abundant in culture Hotel/Resort. Food was amazing, buffets both for breakfast and dinner... Too much to choose from. The rooms were huge, with semi jacuzzi tubs, 2 separate sinks, balcony, and separate living quarters from the bedroom. Basically, a super nice studio apartment. Missing a microwave or a kitchenette, but all in all an awesome experience.

  Très bel hôtel avec chambre moderne vue sur mer et insonorisée. La demi pension est excellente. En revanche, le ménage dans les chambres laisse à désirer.. souvent bâclé! Il m’est même arrivé à 3 reprises de revenir de la plage à 13 heures sans même avoir une chambre de propre. Ce qui n’est pas normal pour un hôtel de ce standing. Le personnel peu agréable et peu souriant ne parle pas un mot d’anglais et parfois même pas un mot d’hébreu!
