::We came last night as a Valentine's stay and the main feature we were looking forward to was the jacuzzi they offered. The room was clean, and they offered drinks. However, there was no hot water about 1/5 of the way to fill the jacuzzi. It started off warm, and suddenly was cold. We called the lady to ask for help, she didn't do anything. The jacuzzi was also dirty, there were things floating in the water. The shower also couldn't be used, as the water was cold. At the end, we were told to leave half an hour earlier than we planned, with no warning.
