  If you like being chopped up and doing yourself a favor it's your bank I left the bank half a year ago and I still had to unload on this horrible bank. Time until I got an uncomfortable app to use at all Every time I needed something (once in never) I would feel like I owe them something and I do not know what just disgusting

  The clerk in charge of the mortgage field, not helping, arrives at the office late and does not answer the phones. I had to wait 40 minutes to get a form I checked the night before it was found and waiting. This is after the said lady lost the previous form. Inefficient, not service, not nice, not worth it
