  I loved the hotel! It’s in the middle of the market and close to everything! They serve a nice breakfast although there are some fruits lacking, I wonder it’s because of covid, because checking older pictures, the breakfast seemed to be better! Although the staff from the hotel is super nice and helpful! I will for sure be coming back here on a next trip!!!! I Give the hotel 5 stars !!!

  Beautiful hotel located right inside of Old Town. Very friendly stuff. We came one day later than supposed to be but they change our booking starting from the day we came. Very appreciated. Hope to come here again

  Great stay. Just inside the Damascus gate in the Old City Jerusalem. Great location for great food just outside the gate. The staff was wonderful, especially Achram, helped me figure out the heat. On a cold February day, my room was toasty warm! The view from the top of the hotel is amazing with a very nice lounge area. GREAT breakfast with my very own chef to make my omelette! The Arab mint teas are awesome for breakfast also. Can be hard to find… pay a guide to take you there, a great $10 to spend!

  In one word, Best. Best Hotel I've stayed at, in all my travels across the world. For starters, the staff under manager Sal are beyond phenomenal, courteous and swift with their service. Moreover, the breakfast is second to none and their Chef is gifted. The view of the room is powerful of Dome of Rock and half the city. Been here 2 weeks now and I don't want to leave. Thank you for having my back and being amazing.
