  Wonderful hotel near the Baha'i Gardens. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful. The housekeeping staff were a bit shocked that we asked for extra towels, but they provided as many as were allowed. We stayed in an executive suite where the wifi was wonderful. Our room was simple and clean: bathroom with a shower, 2 towels and 1 hand towel. The bed was super comfy which is what makes me wish they could extend the checkout time to 12pm. A nice touch was the discount you get with the affiliated cafes near the hotel. They give you a list of the restaurants they're in agreement with and they'll give the discount. Daytime and night time the staff is helpful. Wish I could have stayed longer.

  This is a Really Clean and luxurious hotel! We were there last Year and had a Great Stay! The staff is Very Friendly including the Hotel Manager! We were amazed by the nice smell in the entire Hotel so the Manager was so Kind and gave us a small Bottle of Cotton perfume :)

  Clean hotel but small rooms. Decent breakfast, mediocre amenities. The "gym" is nothing more than a small room with a couple of treadmills. Friendly staff.

  I checked into the hotel 10/10/2017. Upon my arrival I received the key to my room which was 523. I went upstairs to inspect the room and it was gross, hair everywhere and mold growing in the shower. I went back downstairs and was given a master key to check out three other rooms on the fifth floor. The two all were disgusting so I was upgraded to the largest sweet they had which was room 517. Upon inspecting this room it was also not clean. I was told I was going to get a full refund but got a call from the manager threatening me that I was trying to extort him. I have pictures of everything and will be posting them across the Internet of bedbugs, mold and hair everywhere. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself a night of scratching yourself from the BEDBUGS crawling all over your skin. This please should be condemned
